Who can play

Do I need any special skills or knowledge for the game?
The game is designed to test team working skills, creativity and “thinking outside the box”. It requires no special skills, no pre-existing knowledge, and is not physically challenging.

Is there an age restriction
Children 4 and under are unlikely to solve much, but may get caught up in the excitement if the other players on their team are enthusiastic. Some players in the group must be able to read English or French, but much of the games can be enjoyed by simply using common skills and observation. Please see the minimum age recommendation per room as a guide for what age generally is able to contribute to some of the puzzles in the room. We have infants younger than 3 months old and adults older the 90 participate in our games (granted the 3 month old didn’t participate a lot…)

Can my preteens or young teenagers play by themselves?

Yes, we recommend Foret Enchantee for Preteens.  Our other games are challenging and groups often benefit from having at least one adult in the mix. Be sure to read our game descriptions carefully prior to booking. If a game’s challenge level is rated as 7 or higher (on 10), we strongly recommend an adult participate unless the teens have substantial previous escape game experience.

Booking a game

Do I need to reserve a game, or can I just walk in?

If we have space available, we do accept walk-ins. However it is recommended that you book in advance to be sure you won’t be disappointed.

How can I book a game?

You can make bookings online through our bookings page, or by calling us at 819-717-3935.

What happens if I arrive late?

It is very important to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start of your game. Out of respect for those customers who have reserved the subsequent time slot, we must adhere to the schedule. Therefore, if you arrive late and we have a subsequent booking, you may only get to play a portion of the full game time.

Where can I park?

Be aware that parking availability varies with resort occupancy and it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate time to park and make your way through the resort, to Mission Liberte.  The closest free parking lot is P1 and from their you can take the free Cabriolet gondola over the village to arrive a short walk away from Mission Liberte.  Please note Cabriolet gondola operating hours vary and if not running, you will need to have enough time to walk up through the village.  If P1 is full, there are additional free lots, but these may require a longer walk or a free shuttle bus ride.  Additionally, P9 and P10 offer paid parking lot alternatives very close to Mission Liberte. Again, availability is subject to resort occupancy levels and you may need to allow yourself extra time.  Better to arrive early and enjoy a few minutes strolling through the village than to cut it close and miss the start of your game while searching for parking.

What kinds of events can be organized at Mission Liberte?

We can help you organize birthday parties, team-building events, competitions, etc. Please contact us in advance by phone or email so we can see how best to accommodate your needs.
